Inspirational Jewish Teaching

Class Dates – All classes will be held on Thursdays at Woodbridge Assisted Living, 240 Lynnfield Street, Peabody.  Coffee and dessert will be served beginning at 7 pm.  The class will start promptly at 7:30 pm.  The dates for the classes are as follows:

Teaching Hebrew to Young Children During Circle Time

A Special Program of Hebrew College funded by the Robert I. Lappin Charitable Foundation, which sponsors programs that are helping to keep our children Jewish.

Course Description

Circle Time can be the ideal opportunity to introduce Hebrew vocabulary, songs, games and more.   This course is designed as a hands-on experience for teachers to gain comfort and skill in integrating Hebrew in the daily preschool schedule and circle time in particular.  No knowledge of Hebrew is required.

Classes for Fall 2010 will meet on the following Mondays, 7-9 p.m. at Woodbridge Assisted Living, 240 Lynnfield St. Peabody:

October 4

Space is limited.  The course is free and priority will be given to educators who are teaching children in second grade and younger.
